Refunds and Returns Policy
At Hyperbuild Brick & Sand, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. To maintain our standards and ensure clarity, we have outlined the following policy regarding refunds and returns:
1. Returns Policy
- Bricks:
Returns on bricks are not accepted. However, samples of all brick types are available upon request to assist with informed decision-making. - Product Images:
While we strive to provide accurate images of our bricks, variations may occur. We cannot guarantee that the bricks delivered will match the images with 100% accuracy due to differences in lighting, screen resolutions, and natural material variations.
2. Cancellations
- Before Delivery:
Cancellations can only be accepted if made before the delivery truck departs. Once the truck is en route, cancellations are not permitted. - After Truck Departs:
If a last-minute cancellation is requested after the truck has departed, the client will be responsible for all costs associated with delivering and returning the bricks to the respective yards.
3. Exceptions
- This policy applies to all brick orders. For other products or special circumstances, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
